is it usual to play hands like these allin preflop in tournaments?
(never played a tournament yet, sorry if the question is too dumb)
there is a light at the end of the tunnel... (but sometimes the tunnel is long and deep as hell)

alot of the real good players will just try to accumulate a big stack early on with all-in bad cards, and once they do, they play solid and play the tournament all the way out from then on.
