his range is polarized between bluff and monster, he is never valuebetting worse here

i would call because seems like he would raise on turn to protect but this seems very thin either way esp. without reads

call, id like bet/ fold more then c/c river in these spots, looks like he missed or has a monster as exalted mentioned.
