i think a value reraise > a shove here as weird as it may seem. he's repping something like 98, best case K8 (since he is in the blinds this is credible) or a bluff, but given the river bet its prob not a bluff, A makes it really difficult for him to call this w/ his range for another 120bb, esp in a limped pot*
