wat should my second reraise have been? (obviously 9 wasnt enough)

16 or 17 seems good because of the money already in the pot, 14 would be good if it were raise reraise reraise but it went raise reraise call reraise

but you still would normally push out almost everyhting except AQ with 14 so don't sweat it
