Figured I had a strong draw, fold equity and perhaps overcards. Bad play?

I fold preflop and fold flop. I was playing NL10 recently, and 3betting was not that common. Unless this guy 3bets a LOT, and especially since his 3bet is actually a decent size, I would muck this with no second thought. On the flop you have an OESD and a backdoor flush draw, which I do not consider a strong draw. His cbet is again, properly sized, so unless he has some crazy history with you I would stay out of this hand.
