Hmm, I've seen this move a few times. The only person nutshot has to worry about is the original raiser, whom he has covered. And he knows that TopDawg can't have much and just wants to see a flop with his hand so nutshot shoved knowing all this. Even if he gets called he'll still have enough chips to come back.
