I'm guessing this is bad. Is it disastrously bad?

I'd make it $20 and fold to a push. There's no need to overbet here. You can save some money by continuation betting lighter. In fact, your overbet might seem kinda week to him and he might call you with nines or eights, which he might throw away if you had made a standard c-bet.

this isn't terrible in the sence that against his calling range you should have 7.5 outs (backdoor flush draw counts as 1.5 outs), putting you at about ~30% equity. meaning he has to fold ~30% of the time or so to make it profitable
biggest problem is that this is a very high varience play, it'll give you a lot of un-nessesary stress

this would be the wrost line because making it $20, afer he shoves it will cost us $20 to win $80, giving us 4:1, our hand is about 30% to win against QQ, ~20% against KK, even if we can see he has KK we have neutral odds to call, and profitably call vs QQ
