I'd already put 4 in, I don't like folding TPTK with near half a buyin already committed.

lol difficult spot.
I d like to give my point of view
1.) A continuation bet is not really neccessary here . ( depends on player reads)
but there are many players on Nl10 that u should not continuation bet when having air.
but it would be difficult on the turn then anyways even when u check/check flop.
u must bet turn then for sure and from there on it depends on what he is doing but u can hardly fold turn ever then with the check/check flop line >_<
2.) As played.
ask yourself with what hands would he call an almost potsize continuation bet on flop ?
which hands would he 3 bet that turn ?
This depends on what u know about the player.
for such difficult spots there are no general rules !
It all comes down to how villian plays his hands
Does he 3 bet draws ? ( maybe he check called flop with OESD and now catched a OESD + FD on turn which is enough for him to 3 bet ?
Does he call flop with midpair ? ( maybe he check/called flop with 7Q and now catched a Q for 2 pair)
Does he ever call flop with overcards ? ( maybe he called with KQ cause he is an idot and thinks ur bet means u protect your vulnerable hand and now catches a Q and is willing to go broke since he thinks he has outdrawn u)
All this things are important when u play your line.
vs totally unknown
id probably
check flop
bet turn and go broke
I would never play your line vs unknown
so i cant comment on that except for that you should have an easy descision when knowing how he plays
U see what i did there with A8 ? He 4 bets and there we go insta jam A8 : ---booooom -- . hahahaha ( Krantz)
