i think your turn bet is too small even though he called your river bet; checkraising is just going to make him fold on that board, so you want to keep it 1/2 pot or less so that he will stick around because the paired board definitely makes him less comfortable with his overpair and 56 filled but something like 14-16 i think would be safe enough that if he raises you can push or if he flatcalls you can push the river with a medium sized enough bet that he'd be forced to call
