If you're going to lead the flop don't lead weakly, you're missing a lot of value. As played I think you need to raise him hard on the flop, especially considering how short he is. At least to 3 dollars. This is a dream flop, you should be raising here all day with the intent of getting it in. I don't like the turn or river checks either, you need to keep betting, but as played you definitely need to just raise him all in on the turn, he only has a few more dollars left behind and I don't see him ever folding after he's put most of his stack in.
