I'm not to sure about this one. The flop is so dry and basically no draws make sense, he is is probably either slowplaying a set or calling down with a Q, and your kicker doesn't beat many Qs here in a raised pot (although the J on the turn cuts down some of those possibilities a little bit). He could also be playing a hand like the one he had for implied odds or something if he hit or to float you somehow, but I think this is just a small part of his range. He might be thinking that he is still either way ahead or way behind on the turn, and your check may have told him that he is way ahead, so he is getting his value on the river. I don't really think you beat much here on the river tbh...bluffing is too small a portion of his range IMO.

He could also have like TT or some kind of middle pair that would try picking off a cbet on the flop and got scared of another overcard on the turn, but then after your turn check decided to get a little value on the river, so this loosens up his river range a bit and probably turns it into a stove call because I didn't realize how small he actually bet.

I had a feeling I was ahead here and was going to bet the river if checked to. Thought my turn check would induce a river bet from any weaker pair and some straight bluffs.
