is he really that passive on the flop usually?
i guess in this case its better safe than sorry if he really is that tight. t9, k9 die, kq has outs, 99 and tt are out since no preflop raise(well, if he raises them), qj is possible and flush draw is possible.
its too iffy but personally a cheap showdown is something i'd aim for. but then again, you don't win much by calling.
