what I mean by that is I'll play off two pair straight or trips... hands like KQ or KJ or Kx call often since after the raise on the flop of a pot raised preflop they feel a little committed since they are donks... even if the only hand that calls me has me beat so many hands would fold to my raise. I think in the long run it's good because what was I gonna do? Call the 6$ then fold to a half pot bet on hte turn? or even worse fold to a 10$ bet on the river when he goes in? I was stuck on the flop, might as well get it in when he might be chasing |
