What is the best play here then, i would just bet strong on the flop then because i never slowplay (so i would never just call here on the flop) |

this is pretty much the safest flop in the world to slowplay top set, only real draw is 34 which is not likely to be played to a raise. top set on a dry board like this tends to be difficult to get action with so slowplay would be best hoping that an overcard comes on the turn upon which another player is able to play in the pot with you drawing pretty much dead.
basically there's really no choice when you have top set here BUT to slowplay a vast majority of the time. this hand you got really lucky that he had TPTK because when you have 3 of the jacks in the deck right in front of you it becomes extremely unlikely that the last jack was dealt to somebody in the hand and has an excellent kicker with it. a weak to medium lead on the flop like $3-4 isn't bad but you really have to think what anyone could be calling with. usually top set is only paid off by undersets or overpairs, somebody sharing TPTK is just extremely unlikely. as you were the preflop raiser just make a standard continuation bet here hoping that somebody will call you with a lesser hand thinking you missed, check behind on the turn so that maybe he can catch a card and catch up, and then value bet the river if he checks to you. that's how i'd play it, anyway. top set is just simply too delicate because you have the deck crippled, something as aggressive as a checkraise is very rarely going to get paid off especially since you can't put anyone here on an overpair. |

A or K might kill the action, no? |

no, A or K fuels it because those are the cards that people are calling with preflop and with which people will most likely improve their hands and be willing to put money into the pot |
