raise flop, see what happens (fold to shove bc pokerlarry is NIT).

I'd fold turn, I wouldn't raise flop because when you call pre-flop, generally you should play a smallish pot and use your position to control the size of the pot. A word of advice, against competent players, don't go broke with 1 pair for 100bbs.
