good fold

Eerik   Estonia. Jun 05 2006 12:00. Posts 1307

i'm having doubts now tho
but really, it was either a very good bluff which i think hes not capable of or a retarded valuebet for his chased flush.

Ket autocall such a low bet?

maybe it was a "cheap showdown" bet from kq or something?
You can't consider raising that without the flush yourself.
gaybet for win

look at my betsizes.
any other 100nl player would have called his bet and he knows it.
i show strength, his bet is just aching to get paid off by two pair or maybe even a set.
he does not have the balls to bluff there, especially with a bet that small.

you're getting nearly 4 to 1. it doesnt matter how sure you are, 4 to 1 is too much.

i think the "obviousness" of his flush is debatable anyway since its very possible his river bet is a terrified blocking bet quite often. but even ignoring this i think folding is still awful. 4 to 1 omfg, FOUR TO ONE.

FOUR TO ONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i disagree.
i know what four to one is.
i know when im calling.
but if you see his cards its relatively easy to fold, no?;p

edit: i know what you guys are saying and i call this 99% of the time there. but not this time.

thats because you're intuitively hoping to win the pot over 50% of the time, it's just how the human brain works

i'm pretty sure u were behind here, but u should still call.
