This guy has been playing quite solid and I got pretty worried as soon as he called turn. Is it bad to fold to this river bet? He's basically betting a buyin.

the only thing that makes sense is 22 or 44... maaaybe AA. unfortunately your preflop re-raise prices in low pocket pairs nicely.
ugh, I think fold is good alot of the time... you'd have to be sure he was solid though
