Gotta love set over set, but probably you are more often going to see AT here if the action was heavier on flop.
However, in this situation, there is just no way you can fold, Turn, they only call you. River: same thing, you go all in, and your bet isn't that big compared to the pot.
Edit 2: So I guess my point... poorly made is that set over sets are rarer than being up against the straight, but there is nothing about this action that convinces you that you are beat. But in some cases someone might get you to fold KK with JJ if they were balzy enough.
