Erm, what are you repping here? IMO, on that type of flop, if you were trying to bluff diamonds, isn't it likely you would have some sort of combo draw like top pair + FD or a gutshot + FD or even overcards + FD.
My reasoning is, if you did have some sort of exceptional draw, you'd raise flop, yes?

If you are gonna bluff I think you have to raise more, with that said maybe you dont want to bluff someone of AA AK KK in this spot.
