follow-up to the previous hand :
I'm pretty sure i played this somewhat bad - greed got to me - i wanted to trap him into trying the all-in thing again. it worked, but the 2nd T gave me a decent scare.

looks fine imo. he's not betting like that on the flop and turn with a pair of tens with an ace and king on the board, you can rule that out. unless he has AT or TT, in which case you were already beat and nothing's changed except for the likelihood you can estimate of those holdings when another T shows up (ie you should like your hand even more). |

Shame this hand wasn't the one before the KK hand, or you could've called the KK. I don't think you played this wrong. You're going to go broke to TT after the turn, and the river is a GOOD card for you - you can assign lower probability to him holding TT. All you have to worry about here is AT or AA, and the overbet doesn't make me think he has either. Of course, a lot of people overbet with the nuts, but not after that kind of action earlier in the hand - the people who think that way typically do it after no action. |
