i would be a little concerned with polarizing your range here but if you think he's an idiot call station or his front bet means Kx 100% of the time then do what you gotta do

because then youre easy to read somewhat and if they have an idea what your range is then frontbet could mean a monster .... is wat i think

do you just flat here then?

also, my lines the most standard ever before the front bet though.. how can it be transparent. it's not like im a pf nit or anything and were pretty much an unknown right now imo.

if i raise here to like 10 i can fold to a shove or check behind river.. no?

raise/fold sucks?

KeanuReaver   United States. Mar 30 2008 04:02. Posts 2022

raise/fold is pretty much the reason why i want to avoid raising in the first place
you bloat the pot vs hands that have you beat and fold out a lot of hands that you beat.

the simplest explanation of my rationale is that my hand isn't one i really want to play for stacks so i don't want to bloat the pot. tricky river lines will get me paid off much more than an ultra aggressive line and i get to avoid a really shitty decision.
