Villain @ 20/14/2.8 over 235 hands . He also 3bets 6.5% which usually means that they are not 3betting like a nit, so hands like JJ/AQ are in their 3betting range even from the blinds, and I have seen him 3bet as low as AJs . With that all in mind, it makes me think he can't have a set here cause he'd 3bet KK-JJ, probably not top or middle pair cause he'd 3bet AK/AQ, so he's likely on KQ/QJ/AJ/9T, and his turn action makes me think he's probably on 2pair with me or T9 for the str8.

I had to bet the turn right? Or is there any reason to check behind there?

You forgot to put A10 on his range and he wouldn't 3bet that probably Also one pair hands can't really pay you off on such boards ,maybe AK but as you said he doesn't flat so turn is definately a check back imo new shit has come to light... a-and... shit! man...
