I'd almost always raise the flop here

raise the flop to 7, if he checks the turn I think you can then check behind and v.bet the river as played, thats how I'd probably play this hand unless I had any crazy reads. I think just calling the flop bet is a pretty serious mistake here, esp since relative unknown.
