Looking at it closely this could only be AhQh.
hed for sure c/r turn with JJJ and a FD on board

he only plays AA, KK , QQ ,JJ, TT AK , AQ preflop
he would have raised AA, KK,QQ

so his range is pretty limited to JJ,TT,Ak,AQ
since i have the Kh he can only have JJ or AQ
JJ would raise turn with a draw.
