I have recently seen this guy 4 bet and go all-in preflop with AQo on another table. I'm getting basically 2-1 to call his flop shove and I have straight outs. Is this ok or should I just c/f the flop?

After playing around with the odds calculator I am 33% against JJ or TT, 30% against AK, 26% against KK and I'm not sure how often he'd show up with something I'm ahead of. I don't have pokerstove but it looks pretty close :/
