Well played, tough beat. That's a scary board, so pot control is important on the turn. He could easily have you crushed with 2-pair or a straight.

You also could have bet the turn, but you have to fold if he raises.

BB, it seems u almost knew he had the straight(ive noticed u seem to be able to read good), then fold the river bet look up the hand and be glad you did the right thing ..follow ur heart :D
