Sometimes he checks Qx behind etc, or a weaker king, but that's boohoohoo. Obviously it's just 100nl so you can't assume him to be able to think that your riverbet is thin value/blocking bet and be raising because of that (if you can assume he'd make a play, then you shouldn't bet unless you're willing to call).
