Not because you should be worried that you are beat, but because there isnt anything to really call with on this board. He could call you with an overpair, or maybe even AT, but it isn't likely, and if you think he could have two pair, then you can't rule out a straight. So with every likely hand that he could call with and lose, you would have to add in a possible hand that he could call with and beat you.
