start by check raising the flop

also don't telegraph how you feel about your hand in your bet sizing

dont call his riverraise. I tell you, you wont meet a single player on nl25 who uses this line as a bluff after you lead into him on 3 streets. Think about relative hand strength: Yes, a set is a strong hand, but on a 4 card open-ended straight board it ain't that strong anymore.
Why did you bet turn so small anyway? looks like a blockingbet so that you can see cheap river and boat up, but if that was your intention, why did you lead river strongly and call his raise?

money won is twice as sweet as money earned.

Rocko, I think you really need to start asking yourself in tough situations with a scary board "what am I beating here?". You should ask yourself that question constantly as you tend to stack off/call off light when you seem to be obviously beat.
