Villain @ 18/16/3.7 over 225 hands . His flop AF is 7.0

When he raised I figured set or sharing an ace, and if he's sharing he's probably splitting or worse cause I doubted he had AK or A8 or A3. With all that in mind looking at it now I feel like a call is better than a raise, cause he'd probably drop AT/A9 and maybe AJ. At the time I felt like raising cause of his high AF. Thoughts?
