My guess is you're either flipping or way behind. And you're OOP. I think you can assume he is a regular and let this one go. If he keeps doing this, adjust and 3-bet him.
In position I'd call and re-evaluate turn. |

The problem is that the majority of the turn cards are not safe and even then you might still be behind. I would let it go too, just a nasty flop.. |
