i suggest check/raising to 115 instead of shoving because 4betshoving this flop with KQ type of hands won't get calls from worse (KJ KT) thus you don't often have AK or watever.

like.. if you don't do this with AK you shouldn't be doing this with NFD-s ! idk, pretty easy call with Kx type of hands imo !

also, how does one check/raise on the button?

I think 4beting to 135 or something like that gets more folds because people like to put you on flushdraws and call with midpps here.
I would play AK and KQ the same way (4beting to 135)

to summarise: 4beting to 135 gets more folds from midpair/KT type of hands and gives room for people to shove in their flushdraws when they would fold to a shove.

i don't like 4betshoving AK here like i assume you do sometimes.
