I also cr here sometimes, but this villain struck me as more weakpassive and not likely to bet a flush draw, AJ, QQ, pair+straight draw here but will almost always call - and sometimes a lot of rivers kill my action. Maybe betting 100 is better.

Yea betting somewhere around pot and ur shove is basically the same in this situation. If you bet the flop around 38-40 then ur turn shove will be closer to pot instead of an overbet. I don't see any reason to bet smaller on such a drawy flop.
