I understand that I would be paid off well, but even if I hit a set of twos on a flop, especially in limit, it could be easily outdrawn by a straight, flush, or someone making a higher house if the board pairs. I tend to use implied odds when I have a nut flush draw, in which case the implied odds would be guarenteed.
