this situation comes up often for me,how would you play something like this,TPTK + nut flush draw,I sometimes call,this case I wanted to disguise my hand,unfortunatly he was stealing.

No, you played good. If he was stealing you were never going to get much much money from him

I don't mind getting allin on this flop (if you're the one doing the raising - calling an allin would be marginal but probably still ok)
