why 3 barelling on a shortstack, who you gotta know is a fish? I would have raised .30 preflop, jus because he is shortstacked, normally make it .40 in bb vs sb limp. The bet on flop is ok, but slowdown on turn, hard to get a shortstack to fold, who has to have a pair here.

Talkin about the call on the flop, then turn completes a straight for 75,there aren't any other draws on the flop, other than gutshot straight draws. so why would he call the flop, that's why I said back off on turn, especially since he is a shortstack. What do you try to bluff here Ace high on the turn? Only hand you may get him to fold.
