Dont feel like there's a ton of value here
You have 3 overs to the board and 3 of a kind kings. Fire away on the turn. Even if it's just as a semi-bluff . Although I suppose check-calling to control the pot-size and go for the house is OK too.

My check is because it feels to me like this would be a good bluff card in omaha to get me off, say, aces. It's not that I'm scared of being behind really :x But this guy seems to do all his bluffing on the flop..
Hm on the river I guess a bet really overreps my hand hehe.
Hm.. Off-suite socks..

i agree with bejamin why checking on the turn isn't a good idea. in addition you give oesd and flushes a chance to hit for free. $12-$15 on the turn is good bet, i'd say it will take the pot down most of the time...(if it doesn't ask me for further advice on river play ^.^)
I don't understand why you feel that your opponent would perceive you as having aces. generally omaha players don't think in this kind of generic way. reading hands is 90% always relative to the board ^.^ . If i were your opponent i wouldn't read you for aces when you made an even 3x blind raise.

I always 3x =]
And well, it doesn't have to be aces but a hand that is giving up.
