After you 4-bet this goes in regardless of what happens. If you elect to flat his 3-bet PF then I suppose you have other options.

The number I saw one of the high stakes players give was once you've put 1/3 of a stack in PF in Omaha with AAxx you can donk-shove any flop profitably. With 1/4th I'm sure the same pretty close to applies.

I would probably advise against 4-betting PF if your stacks were both 150+ bb's deep PF because then if it doesn't get AI-PF its really difficult not to get out-played with our hero hand being so transparent.
