not that this didnt work out well
but i cant help flatting 220 espcially when you arent even the one to close the betting with 88 is an ultimately losing play
nice pot though

why did you cold call a 10BB raise+reraise with 88 vs two non-deepstacks?

dont take this the wrong way, i'm not criticizing your play, im asking because i know you are better than me :S

i called the first raise thinking that pierre had the AA figuring J-frank wasn't reraising again hit my 8 and double than when frank reraised it was way to cheap to drop out before the flop

PoorUser    United States. Jul 17 2006 20:10. Posts 7471

well j frank had aa and reraised while pierre didnt
and obviously there is no way you can let go after the 3rd raise after already flatting 220

well i kno that my initial read was wrong and i felt like a moron after having to put an extra 280 in, it was a mistake that paid off but J-Frank made it to cheap with his reraise
