I'd value bet the river and fold/call the push (completely dependent on the player). I'd put him on a A or K 1 card flush draw that he missed and trying to bluff at on the end, or POSSIBLY a turned set w/8 of hearts that he thinks may be the best hand because you played your flush so fast.
