You could also raise the flop small because he's likely to float you with gutshot+over types of hands with little equity he'll likely put more money in the pot, then when he hits his overs (which he'll hit more often than a straight ofc) he's committed to paying you off.

As played, when the turn hits if you're c/ring allin this turn leading into him is nice because he's so likely to have improved his hand and be committed to putting the rest of his chips in, also it stops him getting a free card with hands like AJ and other Jx(with the x being a pair) hands because he's somewhat unlikely to follow through on the turn. This does of course depend on how much he's likely to just barrel you, because the ten some people might consider a very good card to barrel on.
