Start experimenting with your raise sizes; see what they will call and what they won't, and adjust your raise sizes to optimize their stationness.

Dude you absolutely have to raise the turn against that minlead, you are way way way ahead here and you want to maximize value against these guys, dont take this from fish,you need to turn on the aggresion and shove it in their face whenever you have such a good hand and see how they call with whatever crap they have.

Obviously if any of these guys comes over the top of your raise you have a pretty easy fold .

Also if you want to pot control because you are deep(which against fish I wouldnt, cuz it means nothing to them and that shouldnt vary your play) its better to bet flop and turn than turn and river because then you have a much clearer idea of where you stand on the river.
