strangely played hand
could have played differently on every single street
am unsure of the proper line
talked this over for a while with euphoria18 and he thinks this is fine
just wanted some other opinions to see what people think |

you have a lot to be afraid of and the main pot will see a showdown so I think you played perfectly
I'd be afriad TAMTRUSH has AA and with your calls he wants to careful, sounds good |
|
if you always go in with the worst hand youll never have a bad beat story | |

here's my thinking:
pf: tami and I are both sort of deep, we both have over 1400. if i make it 500+ hes not calling with anything. he will push AA, maybe push KK, fold QQ-, fold AKs. i pick up decent money pf but im screwing myself against AA which is a decent possibility. plus i dont really know how i would play AA here. id probably flat AA also because if im cold calling KK i have to cold call AA as well.
flop: i check wanting to see what tami does. ss pushes, tami makes it 230. if i raise im committing myself to go all in and im telling tami this. he will certainly fold QQ here, will go all in with AA JJ, will call with AKc, and i may have some equity against KK here.
turn i check because of the previous streets
river i check because AKc just got there, AA wont fold to a bet (especially if he has the Ac), QQ will probably fold to a value bet of like 500, and he doesnt have JJ at this point. if the river werent a club id probably make some blocking/value bet here. |

I agree with Konnor, i don't think AA is checking behind on that turn.. and i think there is some value to be extracted from QQ. I don't think he can just a fold with QQ to a $500 bet, getting 4:1, after having played it so weakly post flop |

i think everything u did is fine, but by the end u can (maybe its easy now that i see the hand) but at ur level u can pretty much assume its qq, cause AA bets stronger JJ would bet turn as well. Maybe the only thing that is somewhat possilbe is AKc altho the initial preflop raise is way to big, so id bet 300$? |

If the river wasn't a club I'd value bet here. I think QQ would call a valuebet if the river wasn't a club. |

AA could set a trap on turn checking behind but probably betting for value and folding to a raise is good. |

how is bet/folding the river? or does check/calling get max value from queens? i dont think that the club is a scarecard for him against your hand because with the shortstack all in i think he knows that you can't possibly check the river with a flush. |
