thoughts on the hand?
I'd definately call a shove pre because of the constant 3betting
he owned me I guess

why dont you just shove pre, why give the villian the initiative.

because its pretty nice having him call a 4bet with 109 oop?

just about as nice as donating 35$ to a fish?
lemme elaborate. Overs will come out almost 60% of the time, the decision has to stack or not on any flop has to be made preflop. I dont want to make that decision. Ill let him do it. As Saki put it in one of his vids "every time you make your opponent decide whether to put his stack on the line its +EV for you." I think shoving here brings some other benefits as well- maybe he would stack off with T9 suited? Maybe he stacks off light, maybe hell think youre tired of him 3 betting and youre stacking off with air, and if that doesnt work maybe hell be more cautious about 3 betting you.

Or maybe im wrong and the correct play is stacking off on any flop. Or maybe monotone flop texture makes your play correct. But thats my line of thought.

I still had the initiative when he called me.
It's mostly that if he has AK with a diamond he ahs good equity against me that made me fold, not the queen on the flop.I'd probably snap this off if I had a diamond because I was kind of expecting a move here

what initiative? You had no idea what he had, you gave him the choice to shove/call/fold, he was first to act. Bad flop tho ofc. I would still say shove pre because of the reasons i listed. But thats just my opinion.
