probably because he knoes d_zoo knows he has a set and is trying to extract max value

Oh I see. You were quad mining.

Fold on the turn though, you don't have the right implied odds to hit your 1 outer.

i feel for you man, but honestly i can't find a fold here also. if you are 150bbs deep, why just call the turn then, since seemingly you got the nuts still by the turn, why not make the pot bigger just to get as much in as u can, it seems to me by call call you leave yourself to folding to a shove on any card by the river. I dont get this line and even if it is a monster read, this just not looks right by any means. i hate to say it, but lazyfish's comment(quad mining) is spot on the way you played this.

well my mindset was. he is running like 21/16 and hes super aggro but hes not stupid. I made my hand look as obvious as possible. so for him to shove the river with AA is plain stupid. On the turn i felt he could be double barreling his bluffing range as well so i peeled one more. I dont possibly see how hes shoving anything other than 77 99 86 or QQ

I don't get how calling twice here defines your hand as a set...

This isn't a notable hand for no reason. Monster laydown and thought process. You have to go with gut feelings and reads.
