I think you should slow down at the turn, check call or bet half pot. River card isnt good either, I dont see the point of shoving there

ok thats an error in thinking imo
You should bet the river if you think you get value of some calling hands. In this example you hardly get any calls from hands that you beat (unless he is a huge retards, who will call with a 7 or a J, but this is unlikely even on 2NL).
By checking you have the extra benefit of inducing a bluff, which you wont bij shoving.
So on this board, if youre not willing to lay it down, check call the river instead of betting
