your wayyy much better off shoving river than check calling because hes only gonna shove better hands and if he has something like A2, A3, A5-A6, A8 etc.. or 9x hes gonna check behind whereas a shove may stack those hands sometimes

so

Check fold >> shove >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> check call

check call is the worst by far
