Don't minraise preflop. Minraise = bad, just like minbet = bad. When you minraise you give him good odds to call with worse hands to set mine and whatnot. If he wants to play those, you make him pay for it as opposed to make it profitable for him.
So when he raises to 0.08, you repop it to like 0.26 (around 3x+). Also, if you think he's FOS and that your hand is better than his you can just get it in preflop.
The thing is, if there's so much action preflop (4bets), you need to decide at that moment whether or not you're going to play the hand. The reason why is that you are seeing good flops for your hand the majority of the time, where you will probably get the monies in and he can still have an overpair (AA or KK). That means there will be no difference in result (getting it in preflop or postflop). Whereas if you do see a bad flop i.e. AKX, you will be more inclined to fold if he shows strength. And if you are folding after a 4bet pot, you are losing a lot of money.
So what hands beat you? AA and KK only. You are flipping against AK, but you are a slight favourite. So using reads and your stats you need to decide if he's only playing this strong with AA and KK. If you are pretty sure of that, you can fold to his 4bet. If not, ship it in preflop. Much better than having to fold on an A or K high flop. If you get it in preflop vs AK you will win about 54% of the time.
As played, since you're willing to get it all in on an undercard flop, you should just raise the flop (in this case it would be all in) because it makes things easier. The reason I say this is, when you flatcall, you have to make another decision the turn. What if the turn comes an ace, or a king? You already have half your stack in and folding is kinda gross, but you might have to do it.
hope all of this makes sense.
