if he is repopping your leads more often, and he is a reg, even if shitty, he may pick up that you are leading with rags or leading more than you arent. i think you can maintain control and re pop him with intent to get it in. he 3bets pretty weak so i think raising him can force him to turn his hand face up with him either shoving what he will think is the nuts or folding
