In that case, 3bet more pf to protect your hand and punish him.
i think calling a minraise is about taking the great immediate odds. Only problem is that if he's mring with a K or set you have like 2 outs. You either give him the credit for the K or raise it up again. Basically cos when it comes to loose passive fish I'm generally running when I see a minraise unless I have a decent draw or I have seen them minraising with shitty hands.
A minraise from a fish is like the biggest sign of strength evarrrr
